How Much Will This Cost?

The initial phone consultation is Free.

This fist talk is a no-pressure free discussion with Mr Nordini where every aspect of your case can be discussed.  In this initial consultation, you will be provided information about the process, likely outcomes given your particular circumstances, what you should be doing right now, and what you should should avoid.

DO NOT PAY $3,000 to $5,000.00, then you, your family, and your file gets dished-off to an inexperienced associate.

Mr. Nordini offers affordable services and is the ONLY attorney assigned to your file from beginning to end. Most initial deposits are set at approximately $750 to $1,500.00 depending on the level of service required in the first 90 days.

Mr. Nordini also offers flat fee services for uncontested cases.  If you and your spouse are in agreement on all terms, a flat fee limits the amount you will spend on your case.  No hourly fees to worry about.  Generally, a flat fee uncontested case is set at $1,500.00 plus court costs without children, and $1,800.00 for uncontested cases with children.

Mr. Nordini makes representation more affordable with "real time" billing practices, affordable initial retainers, and NO required minimum billing requirements for specific services.  Some lawyers bill minimums for court (one hour), when it takes less than one hour, phone calls (1/2 hour), when most phone calls are only 10 minutes.

Mr. Nordini also places importance on when and where to file your case.  It matters who files first and where you file your case.  You can read more about where to file by clicking here. To fully understand why filing first matters, click here.

Furthermore, Mr. Nordini does not bill for travel time, photocopies, postage, or charge a monthly administration fee or credit card processing fees.

These savings  can add up to thousands of dollars in most circumstances.  So, it's important to have a fee sensitive lawyer that tracks his or her time with what's called a "light pencil" other than another lawyer that bills with what lawyers call a "heavy pen."
